Recommended pacing - It’s recommended to complete one lesson per day over the course of three days, allowing time for integration rather than moving through multiple lessons at once. You may also stretch the course across a full week if that feels more supportive to your process. Nourish your journey in whatever way feels right. Your reflection process is yours to shape. The greater your intention and care throughout each day, the more likely you’ll find the course to be beneficial.

Each guided inquiry is about 10–15 minutes long.
You may spend anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or more with each day—making it as simple or as generous as you'd like. Trust your process and feel into what works best for you.
