Booking Process
Step 1. Purchase your session package.
Sessions/packages must be paid for before scheduling.
Step 2. Schedule your first session.
Step 3. Review and sign the Coaching Agreement before our first session.
Sessions cannot begin until the agreement is signed. It will come in handy to save your copy once signed. A reference of the agreement is always available via the link in the website footer.
Session Rates & Pricing
The Standard Package Rate ($130/session)
The Standard Rate allows me to maintain the quality of my offerings and sustain my practice. Your investment at this rate supports the ongoing growth and development of InBloom offerings and services.
Single Session: $130/session
5 Sessions: $450 ($90/session) – 30% off
7 Sessions: $630 ($90/session) – 30% off
10 Sessions: $900 ($90/session) – 30% off
The Generous Contributor rate ($170/session)
The Generous Contributor Rate is for individuals who would enjoy paying it forward for those who aren’t able to afford the suggested rate. By choosing the community rate, you are helping InBloom create and sustain an inclusive and welcoming practice. Thank you!

What to Expect in Sessions
Initial Session:
In our first session together, we take a deep dive into discovery regarding your process, connecting and exploring details of your personal journey and desires.
Following Sessions:
In a typical session from then onward, you bring whatever is alive for you as we explore and reflect together. Every part of your experience is welcome. Together, we collaborate and co-create through a process guided by deep listening, powerful questioning, embodied meditation, mindfulness, somatic practices and intuition.
Standard Practice of 3 Initial Weekly or Bi-Weekly Sessions:
All first-time clients are highly encouraged to schedule their first three sessions at a weekly or bi-weekly pace. This supports trust-building, steady momentum, and a grounded start to our sessions together. After that format, you're welcome to shift to monthly or tri-weekly scheduling. Package sessions cannot extend beyond a monthly frequency.
Session Duration & Location:
Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are held on the Zoom platform.

Single Session
For first-time clients, the initial session can be a deep dive into discovery—a chance to get to know each other, explore your intake form, and begin sensing into the path ahead together. It tends to be a more structured space for reflection and connection, rather than a session focused on one particular focus or process. Single sessions can be a good way to dip your toes in without committing to a full package.5 Sessions
This package is a great fit if you're ready to explore a focused area of growth and want steady support over a short arc of time. It allows us to build momentum and deepen our connection without a long-term commitment.7 Sessions
This is a supportive option for those who want to stay with the process a little longer. It gives us room to explore emerging themes, move at a grounded pace, and create meaningful shifts while honoring your unique rhythm.10 Sessions
The most spacious and immersive option. This package is ideal if you're looking for a sustained, trusting container that supports deeper transformation. With ten sessions, we’re able to really settle in and support long-lasting integration. -
InBloom coaching does not replace therapy in that it cannot serve individuals who suffer from mental illness, addiction, substance abuse, and generally low-functioning individuals who would benefit more from specialized treatment and counseling. It is to be confirmed that this is understood in a binding agreement before beginning appointments together. Referrals can be given if deemed appropriate.

The Refund/Cancellation Policy is strongly recommended to be mindful of when purchasing sessions. It was created to honor both the coach and the client. You will find it in the coaching agreement. You can view it on the website here.
