The following policies are designed to honor both the client’s process and the time, energy, and scheduling commitments of the coach—as well as the scheduling needs of other clients who share this space.

Session Cancellations (All Packages & Single Sessions)

All sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If a session is canceled, it must be rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date.
Sessions not used within this time frame will be considered forfeited, as time has already been reserved in the calendar.

This policy ensures clarity and accountability while respecting the time of both the coach and other clients who rely on consistent scheduling availability.

10-Session Package

Clients may cancel the entire package up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund.

A 50% refund of the total package cost is available within 14 days of the original payment date.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

This policy is designed to encourage long-term engagement while offering reasonable flexibility.

7-Session Package

Clients may cancel the entire package up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund.

A 20% refund of the total package cost is available within 14 days of the original payment date.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

This policy supports client accountability and commitment to their personal growth goals.

5-Session Package

 Clients may cancel the entire package up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund.

A 15% refund of the total package cost is available within 14 days of the original payment date.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days.

This policy ensures clients stay committed to their process while providing flexibility.

3-Session Package or Single Sessions

 Clients purchasing 3 sessions or fewer (whether as a package or individually) may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. A session held within that time frame is non-refundable after it has been used.

 No refunds will be issued after this 24-hour period.

This policy is structured to encourage commitment while maintaining accessibility for those exploring coaching.

Special Additional Sessions (Future Offerings)

Any additional services, such as guided meditation sessions, and other specialized offerings, will follow the same refund policy as single sessions unless otherwise specified.

Group Meditation Sessions (Non-Refundable)

Since these sessions are donation-based and open for entry upon payment, refunds are not available.

This policy helps maintain the integrity of these offerings and ensures accessibility for all participants.
